Instant oatmeal might seem like a brilliant option when one is hungry but unfortunately, it doesn’t do any good for your health. It contains way too much added sugar which means too many calories, thus, making it bad for health.
7. Frozen yogurt
When compared to a scoop of ice-cream, it might seem very innocent. It is less fattening than ice-cream initially, but when we add sugar and all the fattening toping to it, it becomes worse than ice-creams in terms of health.
8. Pretzels
Pretzels are a favourite with everyone as they are fat-free. They also contain zero nutrients and the white flour used to make the pretzel coverts to white sugar in the body causes blood sugar levels to spike up and causes ailments.
9. Pita chips
Pita chips are often considered as healthy because they are baked instead of the usual. They are made of wheat flour, which is refined and contains lesser nutrients and fibre when compared to whole gain flour.
10. Skimmed milk
By drinking skimmed milk, one might be saving on the calories but s/he is also losing out on essential nutrients. A lot of calcium and vitamins are lost during processing which are replenished by synthetic vitamins which aren’t beneficial for your health in any way.
