A person who has mastered the art of lucid dreaming is able to control their dreams. An ongoing dream is like a movie in front of them. It is possible to twist, turn and manipulate the sequences keeping the same plot and establish their own ending as per convenience.

Most people tend to have more negative dreams than positive ones. The most common emotions in dreams are anger, fear and anxiety.
