Another great exercise to get very strong and  healthy hair is to rub your nails together. This practice has been proven to heal damaged hair. You can check out some exercises and asanas as well. Yoga is considered to be excellent for hair growth. One such aasan is to bend forward and try to touch your knees with the head. This aasan allows blood flows more freely to your head, which leads to better blood circulation, and healthy hair. These aasans can be practiced every alternate day if you feel that you do not have time to do all this every day.

In addition to these proper physical exercises, you have to make sure that you remove all sources of stress, tension, pressure, depression, etc. from your life. Negative influences can lead to hair-related problems such as dandruff, hair fall, premature graying of hair, etc. Also, along with exercising and oiling and stimulating the right pressure points, you also have to ensure that you cut down on all oily foods. Oily food blocks hair follicles and hinders the growth of healthy hair.
